The course will allow citizens to learn about the functions of Concord’s public safety departments, meet staff, and help evaluate services. CONCORD – The City of Concord announced today details of its planned advanced metering infrastructure upgrade. The investment will provide City utility customers a system-wide upgrade of electric and water infrastructure, as well as the introduction of new online portal with tools to help customers take better control of their energy and water use. The new technology will be installed starting in the summer of 2016, with the customer portal being offered sometime in 2017....
