CCAP will provide a strong, unified voice for the Commonwealth’s 67 counties. CCAP will advocate for and provide leadership on those issues that will enhance and strengthen the ability of county commissioners to better serve their citizens and govern more effectively and efficiently. CCAP will be the source counties turn to first for information, education, resources and services.
