The U.S. government has at long last backed off on Chinese cell phone producer, Huawei. The nation has permitted American chipset producer Qualcomm to sell 4G cell phone chips to Huawei Technologies Co Ltd. This is the primary exclusion made by the US government since the expanding pressures between the two nations.
