We are based out of the Office of the City Administrator’s Office of Performance Management (OPM), with partnerships across a wide range of agencies, universities, industry, non-profits, and other community groups. The Lab @ DC, an applied research team using the latest scientific insights and methods in order to improve policies and services for the District.
