Catalan government expands its presence in the world with the opening of three new delegations with these three new delegations (Portugal, Central Europe and the Baltic countries), the Catalan government is strengthening its external action in three strategic zones and putting an end to the effects of the application of Article 155. The delegations are expected to open in the third quarter of 2019.
