Employees Want Better Collaboration

Almost everyone agrees that government needs to communicate better. About 96 percent of public-sector employees polled by GovDelivery said they believed that stronger relationships with consultants, other agencies and the public would be beneficial. In an infographic released on Nov. 5, GovDelivery outlined a look into public-sector opinion showing the top reasons for increased collaboration as a way to provide better service to the public, improved decision making, increased efficiencies and decreased time spent responding to critical issues.
