A Swiss state (canton) administration initiated a project to implement a system for keeping track of parliamentary interventions, from their tabling to their classification by parliament after execution. Not only should the models be understandable by all stakeholders, technical or not, but they also needed to be directly implemented on the state administration’s process engine.
