Welch: Two presidents asked—if Trump calls I'd turn down his Cabinet offer, too

Jack Welch said Thursday that if asked, he wouldn't serve as Donald Trump's Treasury secretary. "That's the last thing I'm going to be," the longtime Republican and former GE chief told CNBC's "Squawk Box," in reaction to Trump recently floating Welch's name as a possibility. If the presumptive GOP nominee were to win the White House and offer Treasury, Welch said he would turn down a Cabinet position for the third time in his life. Welch said he was offered jobs by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush.
