D.C. Voters Hand Clinton an Easy Victory

Democrats in the nation's capital handed Hillary Clinton a resounding victory in the final contest of the 2016 primary, drawing to a close one of the longest primary fights in recent memory. The former secretary of state coasted to an easy victory in the District of Columbia, taking 78.7 percent of the votes to Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders' 21.1 percent, and at nearly 58 points, earned one of her largest margins of the primary.
