Obama, Biden visit Orlando for 'emotional' visit after shooting
President Obama and Vice President Biden landed in Orlando Thursday to meet with the families of victims of the shooting attack that killed 49 people and wounded 53 more — and the medical professionals who tried to save them.
Landing at Orlando International Airport with Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. and Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Fla., the president and vice president slipped into a motorcade and headed off to an as-yet-undisclosed location, where he's scheduled to meet with the families of victims at 1:20 p.m.
