From LoudounNow: FCi Federal Celebrates Another Expansion

Started by Sharon Virts in her brother’s basement before moving to a small office in Leesburg’s historic district, the federal contractor now has more than 5,000 employees nationwide. More than 70 employees are housed in the firm’s new 40,000-square-foot office at 20135 Lakeview Center Plaza. It’s a fast-growing company. The latest office expansion comes only two years after it moved into new offices in the neighboring building. And the firm may need to expand again, but Virts said one thing is certain: FCi will remain a Loudoun-based company.
