NEW ORLEANS—Today, Mayor Landrieu joined city officials and the families of James Brissette, Henry Glover, Ronald Madison, and Raymond Robair to announce the settlements in civil rights cases stemming from several New Orleans Police Department-involved incidents surrounding Hurricane Katrina.
