Public hearing set to address future of WIS 23 in Sheboygan County

(Sheboygan County) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region office announces a public hearing has been scheduled for designation of WIS 23 as a freeway from County P west of the city of Plymouth to WIS 32 in the city of Sheboygan Falls in Sheboygan County. The public is encouraged to attend the hearing, review the study’s exhibits and displays, and provide written or verbal testimony. Hearing attendees can provide private verbal testimony and written testimony beginning at 5 p.m. A brief presentation of the WIS 23 freeway designation and corridor preservation study begins at 5:30 p.m.
