Immigration enforcement is at an all time high. More and more inmates in state and local jails are having ICE detainers placed upon them. The interpretation of a facilities duty regarding those detainers can be confusing. An error in enforcing the detainer can leave a facility exposed to federal or state litigation.

Government agencies have become prime targets for cyberattacks.
