A nationwide Future of Procurement survey conducted by the Center for Digital Government found that respondents need procurement technology that is easier to use, can automate common workflows and can provide better insights on critical factors like supplier performance. The survey also tracked growing attention on supplier diversity and sustainability, as well as continuing supply chain disruptions.
