Spotlight

Challenging economic times have created increased expectations for enhanced revenue productivity from government debt receivables. Within this context, more and more governments are moving to centralize their collection function with positive results. Once a centralized collections environment is created for governmental debts, collections will increase substantially, allowing millions more to be collected. The experiences in a number of governments demonstrate that in a centralized collection environment where economies of scale are present, significant efficiencies can be gained allowing government to collect more of the liabilities that are owed.
