DEC. 20, 2016 - HAZARD TREES TO BE REMOVED FROM CITY OPEN SPACE

The City of Boulder’s Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) Department on Wednesday, Dec. 21, will remove two trees on city open space near Palo Parkway and 30th Street. The department is removing these “hazard” trees because they pose a risk to nearby residents’ homes. OSMP only removes native trees when they pose a danger to visitors, homeowners and motorists, or if they are in conflict with other open space efforts.
