Hemet City Council reviews action plan to reduce city ‘at risk’ findings

The council realizing the city continues to face serious financial problems, growing threats to public safety and harsh citizen criticism after the failure of Measure E to bolster police and fire protections, called for a state audit to determine just what areas were at risk for the city’s future.
