A parks and recreation organization that serves a large, densely developed suburban population will be using the ASR to patrol the area with specific mission of protecting the quality of life and environment of the community. The Huntington Park, California, chief of police recently participated in a webinar on the introduction of robots into the federal government where he relayed his success using an ASR in a public park. According to the new client, the chief’s experience contributed to the decision to select Knightscope as an integral part of their security program.

SES Government Solutions Expands Leadership Team with Key Appointments

The former DRS GES Vice President, Engineering and Technical Operations brings an extensive technical background in designing end-to-end solutions for mission-critical, large-scale Department of Defense tactical networks. In his new role, Nitin will lead a diverse and skilled team of engineers focused on aerospace, terrestrial, cyber, networking, advanced technologies, Network Operations and Security Center (GNOSC), and software development. Luz Martinez, Senior Vice President of Finance Luz has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including service in the United States Army for eight years. DARPA Launches Crypto Project with Inca Digital

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded Inca Digital's government contracting division, Inca Digital Federal, a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract to research advanced methods for analyzing activity related to financial applications of distributed ledgers in a project called: "Mapping the Impact of Digital Financial Assets". The aim of the SBIR is to understand and visualize how digital assets implicate national security. "Digital asset markets hold amazing promise, but also contend with money laundering, market manipulation, and state actors that may pose risks to U.S. national security, Given the increasing prevalence of digital assets, the Department of Defense and other federal agencies need to have better tools to understand how digital assets operate and how to leverage their jurisdictional authority over digital asset markets globally." -Adam Zarazinski, CEO of Inca Digital. As a result of this SBIR, Inca Digital Federal will develop a first-of-its-kind cryptocurrency ecosystem mapping tool for analyzing cross-market crypto-financial data and risk.
