Nationally-known education researchers and writers Kati Haycock and Karin Chenoweth from The Education Trust will deliver keynote addresses Sept. 12 at the Learning Roundtable – Educating the Children of Poverty. Sponsored by the State Board of Education and the Texas Education Agency, the free day-long conference will examine ways to transform high-poverty schools into high-achieving schools.
