James Schwartz retells his account of 9/11 as the incident commander during the response to the Pentagon.Join your neighbors, County officials and first responders at a wreath-laying ceremony and moment of silence on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016. Starting at 9:30 a.m., the solemn ceremony will honor and remember the lives that were lost, and express gratitude to all those who responded on that day. Guests are asked to assemble at the Courthouse Plaza flagpoles at 2100 Clarendon Boulevard. We will hold a moment of silence at 9:37 a.m.
