Early Meals on Wheels Leader Now A Recipient

Frances Frock was involved when Meals on Wheels was started in the 1970s. As an early director of the Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministries, she worked with Catawba County Social Services, area churches, and local volunteers to establish the first Meals on Wheels routes in the county. In her 90s, she is now a recipient of Meals on Wheels.
