The Federal Administration of Public Revenues is the entity in charge of executing the policies promoted by the National Executive Power in tax, customs and collection of social security resources. This body created in 1997 (Decree 618/1997) is composed of the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), the General Tax Directorate (DGI) and the General Directorate of Social Security Resources (DGRSS).
