Downtown Lexington Market Inventory 2014

The mission of the Lexington Downtown Development Authority (LDDA) is to promote physical and economic development that maintains downtown Lexington as the lively, thriving, and diverse heart of Central Kentucky. We intend to accelerate positive change through promoting, incentivizing, and undertaking real estate projects in downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods that will act as catalysts for further positive development. In order to do this we must also work to identify and eliminate barriers to investment in our city.
