EEOC
The U.S. EEOC enforces federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, sex (including sexual harassment and pregnancy), disability, national origin, and retaliation. Laws enforced include Title VII of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title I of the landmark Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, the ADA Amendments Act, and sections of the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA), the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
