Laws enforced include Title VII of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title I of the landmark Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, the ADA Amendments Act, and sections of the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA), the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
