National construction category strategy

This is the second edition of the National Construction Category Strategy. Like the first edition, published in 2015, it supports delivery of the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government in England 2014 (the NPS) and it is aligned to the major themes of the NPS: leadership, modernising procurement, making savings and supporting local economies

The City of Lethbridge is the fourth largest City in Alberta and is the commercial, financial, transportation and industrial centre of southern Alberta. City government is led by eight councillors and a mayor which are elected every four years. The last election was October 21, 2013. The City is a cultural, sports and recreation hub with the Yates Performing Arts Centre, the CASA (Creating Art in Southern Alberta) Centre, and the Enmax Sports Complex.
